LOVE IS IN THE CAKES
Each cake is individually made for the chosen occasion from the client's request. Fresh flowers are the main star of the cakes and are carefully selected to create an aesthetically pleasing composition and for a durable effect. The selection of the flowers can vary depending on the current season as understandably certain flowers are not as accessible during colder months. The cake's appearance is intended to represent luxury and modernism, however, aimed to taste home made with no artificial flavours. My intention is to create cakes which look like art but taste like home.

The floral decorations are deliberately placed on a card which creates an illusion of the flowers coming out of the cake however, they do not touch the actual cake and the card can be lifted up and easily removed.

I consider baking to be a passion of mine which allows me to introduce home baking to art and give homemade cakes a pleasing, modern visual appeal.
My passion is the most important to me. It gives me a sense of self-identity and an answer to who I am and what I want to achieve.
